Better role models?

Amazing.   One of the comments said that couples like them should be kept in the spotlight as idols rather than "Snooki and Honey Boo Boo". Do you think couples like this should be shown more than what is shown on TV usually now?

I think we need new role models for everything. Today music artist who don't talk about anything are looked up to, people on these fake reality shows, people who basically don't do anything, nbody's stay on the front of magazines. I find it to be really sad. It's the main reason I don't have cable. I can't get with all the crap on tv.
BTW I think them being married for 80 yrs is sooo special. Their my role models.
