I mean, I usually do get good pics, but not every character does good pictures. Once we walked up to see Mickey & he had to leave & go on break, I could blow that out of proportion & claim he left because we're white. SMH.

I don't see a single other person in your photos! How did you manage to go when it wasn't busy?!  

i think that its very sad. it could be racist but then again it coould just be a verrrrry rude cast member. the only thing that makes me lean towards discrimination is that Disney asked them to sign a confidential agreement. which seems to me like they have had issue witht his guy before....

!!!!! thats what raised a red flag to me! they didnt want this publisized, thats why they offered them the passes, as sort of a pacifier. smh. i would demand that he was fired as well, or at the very least reassigned to a damn ride operator. its not fair for anyone to make kids feel like that

Actually, Disney is pretty big about keeping things that go badly in their park pretty hush hush, no matter who's at fault. They cover more stuff up than the US Government. Sending out free stuff and a confidentiality agreement is pretty par for the course for Disney.

Nope, that's business. They don't want to tarnish the Disney name, so they hush up any complaints they can, valid or not. The security footage more than likely was never even looked at.

I was going to say the same thing. When our rented stroller got stolen with some small stuff in it, we had to sign all sorts of stuff and got mouse bucks and a free character meal out of it.
