Law Change
The law relating to child restraints has changed, as of November 9, 2009. The current law is:
  • all children under seven years of age must use a child restraint or booster seat when travelling in a car
  • Children under 6 months must use an approved, properly fastened and adjusted rearward facing restraint
  • Children aged between 6 months and under 4 years must use an approved, properly fastened and adjusted rearward facing child restraint OR a forward facing restraint
  • Children aged between 4 years and under 7 years must use an approved, properly fastened and adjusted forward facing restraint or an approved booster seat which is properly positioned and fastened

you don't HAVE to turn them at six months..

I'm not really in the UK, I live in the US.
I don't think they even really use the term "cookie" in the UK, do they? They're "biscuits" or something? idk.

Thank you for that and thank you for confirming my point that the law does not say that they have to be rear facing until 1 year old.

I just looked at the Arnott's website.
The Nice biscuits are what they sell here as tea biscuits and I love them, but you can only find them at grocery stores that have special British sections. Thankfully, we have those near me because I am pretty well chemically dependent on HP Sauce, which very few Americans seem to be familiar with.

I don't know why. I could drink that smurf straight out of the bottle.
