7 month old very ill

On Monday morning I woke up and immediately threw up, for the next 6 hours I threw up everything I ate. Then the following 6 hours it was coming out the other end. By 9 pm though, I was better. Yesterday SO had a less serious version. We thought DD had somehow lucked out, but at 9:30 pm tonight when I laid her down, she threw up a lot. Then she nursed again and threw up again immediately afterwards. Then she threw up stomach acid. It's 10:15, she isn't running a fever, or even crying. Should I let her nurse again if she tries? I'm so worried about her

I personally wouldn't worry too much unless she starts running a fever that won't break, becomes lethargic, stops eating etc. I'm sure it's just a short stomach bug and by tomorrow she'll probably feel better, just keep an eye on her.

Lo's dr told us not to worry unless they quit eating and have a fever with no output diapers

Thanks ladies. I let her nurse again And she fell asleep and hasn't thrown up again yet, so I'm a little hopeful. Going to put off the crib for one more night, lol
