Problem posting pics

I'm having trouble posting pictures to my profile and forums. It keeps telling me I need to click on the area I want the picture to go but everytime I try it just keeps popping up I need to choose a place! Its so frustrating lol help!!

How could I do that? I just got a new computer with windows 8 so im still figuring it out.

You can go here and install Chrome

Once you install one of those ( I recommend Chrome) upload your photos to Photobucket, or Tiny pic and copy/paste the direct link.
