Not sleeping (6 months)

PLEASE HELP!
My LO will be 6 months on the 26. He has not been sleeping good at night. He tosses and turns and cries most of the night I'm exhausted I try to nurse him rock him pat his back nothing is working I'm so stressed out all I want to do is cry 😞 I need advice please!!!

Is your LO teething?

I don't see any teeth or feel them yet :/

Has he been excessively putting things in his mouth like gumming them? Does he seem to have gas or belly ache?

Could be stomach related, or as someone else said the start of teething
Talk with his Pedi about it.

Liam will be 6 months on the 23rd and swear he never sleeps anymore! He takes 3 or 4 5-10 minute naps a day and screams and cries because he is so exhausted! He falls asleep for the night around 8 but wakes up countless times crying at night. It's horrible! I've tried gas drops, tylenol, oragel, frozen wash clothes, nursing non stop and nothing helps!!! I swear I am running on no sleep at all.
