Trouble with vomiting and allergies

I go to the doctor on Monday but in the meantime I have had terrible allergies with lots of phlem and drainage it makes my morning sickness and vomiting that much worse! Any ideas how to get rid of the phlem? I've been taking Benadryl and Claritin

My OB cleared me to take Dayquil (not NyQuil though.) It helps clear me up and dry the drainage up. (I'm gonna have to start taking some bc this weather has me all sorts of screwed right now)
