Constant headaches/migraines??

I get constant headaches that turn into migraines daily. Its usually caused by my hair ( I have alot of really thick long hair it gets heavy and pulls and causes a tension migraine) and when I get it cut every few months the migraines usually go away. Well this time they didn't. I got it cut a few days ago and I am still getting the migraines. I had one almost all afternoon yesterday and on into the night and another one today that I just can't seem to get rid of.
I do not want to be one of those people that run to the doctor for every little ache and pain but I have put up with basically the same migraine for almost a month and a half now. Is it time to go to the doctor or what should I do? Its gotten to the point that neither Tylenol or Ibuprofen work anymore...

headaches shouldn't last that long. I would bring it up to your physician.

Iv had the same thing going on but only for three weeks snd i plan to call doc about it tomorrow. To much to tolerate. Im not much for running to the doctor with evety little concern either but enough of this headache already. U should definitly call girly

I'm going to tomorrow I just don't know what they can do about it. I do not do to well with prescription pain meds. When I had horrible migraines when I was pregnant with my daughter the doc put me on oxycodon and about 30 minutes after I took the first pill I started crying for no reason and cried for seriously 3 hoursafter I started.
It was awful  

We dont know what they can do for us and that is why we ask for their advice. Be sure to tell them about ur experience durring ur pregnancy

I will. I will have to call tomorrow. It just sucks because it is a busy office so I probably will not even get a chance to get in till the end of next week
