to early to tell

I had an ultrasound done today for cramping and there was no sac or baby to be found.

Thats last nights test this morning and tonights in that ordet

So do you think it could be to early they didnt se a sac in the ovieries or fallopian tubes or uterus.

Im so worried.

Af is irregular any where from 28-70 days late im still bfing too

But my last Af was dec 12 2012 but idk when I ovultaed.
