Cystic acne

I have had cystic acne in the past. Today I found a huge lump on my neck that my Dr. thinks may be a cyst. It is in a place I have never had acne before. He prescribed strong antibiotics to see if it goes away. Have any of you with this had one pop up in a totally different place?? Thanks!

Yes. I have always had it in my lower cheeks above my chin. Which I am told is hormonal. Recently I got some in my inner thigh/groin area that is just clearing up. I have had to take Doxycycline before to get rid of some persistent acne. Hydrocortizone cream helps me as well when it is deep.

Ok, thanks. I know mine is hormonal as well, so I figure it can just pop up anywhere. This is the biggest one ever though for me.
