I kind of don't want a November or December baby. Mainly because the way my periods are... baby in November would be due within days of my moms birthday. And in December, would be due a day or two after Christmas. I was born December 14th and people constantly try to combine my birthday/Christmas when giving me gifts and I hate it. You don't see people combining birthday/Christmas gifts if their birthday is in June     Anyways.

Have you stopped TTC because you didn't want a baby around a certain date/holiday? Or did it never matter to you?

If I was not pregnant by January I would have but only because we were planning on marrying in December and did not want to be pregnant.

I wouldn't though for birthdays. What if your siblings all end up with kids the same month as your LO? What was the point then?

I've told SO the next time we have a baby (we're not ttc or anything) I want more of a summer baby, because my entire family's birthday's are all like smashed together(between sept-feb), and it gets hectic, so I get what you're saying.

We had decided to be cautious right before I got pregnant with Lin. She was due the day after my sisters birthday and she was born on my uncles. Plus there were plenty other people we know who had birthdays in amongst that time lol.

I ended up with the same edd twice! If we ever ttc again I'm not letting him touch me a few months a year lol

My sister and I were pregnant together and ended up having our babies within 3 days of each other. Our due dates were 4 days apart. I would not do it that way again.

It doesn't matter to me, we are TTC now, I kind of want a Christmas baby. We don't have anyone that would combine their birthday anyway as our family is VERY limited on members who care to participate in our kids lives lol.

I get so pissed about it. SO has tried to combine my birthday and Christmas. NAH UH. My family has done it my whole life. It's annoying. So while everyone else gets a present for each separate holiday, I get jipped and get one. Lol I know that isn't what it's all about... but as a kid, it was awful

LOL I am TERRIBLE at getting Dusty one present for his birthday and anniversary. Terrible at it. Plus, his birthday is 2 days after America's. America's is the 7th, his is the 9th then our anniversary is the 22nd of April. BUT, in my defense, it's always "big" gifts. It's like it gives me an excuse to splurge. Like last year, his birthday and anniversary gift was dinner and a flight. So, getting to fly over our city at sunset kind of makes up for the two for one gift   The kids however do get him a separate birthday gift.
