Lachlan for a boy

is it lock-lin? I have a niece named lakelynne, so now every time I see lachlan that's what I see...

LOVE it! It's one of my favorite boy names. I think it's so much better than Landon

I don't like it personally. It's the way it looks, it just looks weird to me.

It's pronounced like Lock-lyn. It's a Scottish boy name.

In Irish it would be Lochlann or Lochlainn.

Logan is both of our absolute favorite name but it doesn't match with our last name, Morgan... so sad!!

lol. Well our kids ended up with names that end in the same sound. Teagan and Logan, lol. Oh well! They were the names we liked, and picking names was NOT easy to agree on. I talked him into Teagan (he wanted Zoey, which I don't mind but I like Teagan) and then I agreed to Logan, which was really the only boy name he liked.

I know it is a boys name but it sounds girly to me. So I don"t like it. I also don't it in general either
