re: Appropriate punishment?

Every Pre-K I know of has a scheduled nap time! I wish they would let them take naps in Kindergarten.

I never knew that! We don't have pre-k here. There is preschool but its pretty much just like day care it doesn't prepare them for kindergarten.

I had nap time in kindergarten

My 6yo is in Kindergarten & has rest time at school.

Wow really? My daughter is 5 1/2 and in 1st grade. Her kindergarten didn't have naps and neither her class this year.
