Can you breast feed with mirena? I talked to my dr about birth control options today and we decided on mirena and I forgot to ask the most important question because I really want to breast feed!

Mirena is a hormonal birth control which can affect milk supply. If you're interested in getting an IUD, you should get Paragaurd. It's non hormonal.

I have mirena, and I breastfeed actually having oversupply problems.

It shouldn't, because Mirena doesn't contain estrogen; it's a progestin-only birth control.
