Nothing will be done unless they are having sex. I'm pretty sure there are no laws about DATING someone that is that young when he's 21. It's gross, but I don't think it's illegal unless they are having sex.

She probably acts older too lol My younger brother(16) knows her from school, apparently she doesn't act 15 what-so-ever. He said she drinks and smokes weed and cigarettes.

Wouldn't doubt it. One DH's friends got arrest for rape and the girl turned out to be 14. His lawyer ended up getting him off. He subpenaed everyone from the party. No one thought the girl was under 18 and never presented herself that way. She also was found making out with him after the alleged rape. It was a complete mess. She also tried to extort him for money.


I also dated a guy who on our first date asked for my driver's license. When I questioned why, he told me he had dated a girl when he was 19 who said she was 18. When he broke up with her she freaked and called the cops. Turns out she was only 15 and he is now a registered sex offender for life.

He is still pervy for knowingly dating a 15 year old.

Even if they are not having sex, he can still end up going to jail. A guy that my husband went to school with just got arrested yesterday and is now spending 30-40 years because he was "getting close" to a 16 year old, I think he is about 24-25 years old. When it comes to minors they don't smurf around as long as you have solid proof just in case they don't confess to it. That is sick and wrong of him and you need to report him, what would you do if that was your child?

right? any grown mature man would do that. I can't remember all the charges the guy was charged with, but he was charged double for everything. I think that if you know what is going on and don't report it, then you should be charged as well just because you could be seeing something that is "innocent" but it could honestly be the complete opposite of what you think and he could just be smurfing with her head

It's very possible, or another thing I believe is that he's "stuck in high school mode" Know what I mean? I met him when I was in high school, his other girlfriends we're seniors in high school. But honestly could care less what happens to him. It's sad to say that the little sperm that made my beautiful, handsome, intellegent son came from that peice of work   He think's he's a "hustla, d-boy, paper pusha" because his crackhead father set him up with a weed growing job in Lake County.   I just wish that everything with my school goes ok and when I graduate I can move away..
