The thing is I don't know what to tell everyone I know. My family would tell me how wrong I am for not getting an abortion if I know I can't commit to being sober. My boyfriend's got a family of his own. And idk how my friends would react.

Screw what they think. And seriously you would do yourself and the baby a favor if you abort. IF you do carry it and do adoption, there is a very high chance of the baby a. being addicted, b. not being adopted and being floated around from foster home to foster home and c. have serious mental problems.

You dont have to tell anyone you are pregnant. If you cannot stay healthy and clean during your pregnancy then you really should consider abortion. The possible defects and long term health issues the child could have are not pretty. Your only choice would be to adopt or the child would most likely be taken by CPS if you continue to heavily use drugs through your pregnancy. The pure hell of withdrawl once the child is born is heartbreaking. Thats no way to start a life. You either need to go into rehab and get yourself clean if for nothing else than the health of the child you are carrying. If you cant do that then why should the child suffer most likely suffer their entire life.

If you feel that way then you NEED to go to rehab!!!!!!!! And maybe stay there until the end of your pregnancy so you have no slip ups to going back
