I wasnt an addict but I have been in your place twice.. I aborted the first time. And I was going ot abort the second time, but due to money issues I didnt.

I have to say I somewhat agree with this...I do think it depends on the amount you smoke tho. Obviously if you smoke non stop it is going to affect the baby. I'd start with a drs appointment and then see how you feel about it. If it's a heavier drug abortion may be the better choice.

Even if the baby doesn't have a birth defect they will be born an addict. I just don't see the point in making a baby go thru a withdrawal when the mother isn't willing to go thru it for them both. If she stays an addict and has baby it's very selfish...I think not going to rehab just because "it's a part of your life" resulting in abortion is selfish as well, but not everybody has the ability to quit.
