is it early for her to do this?

posted 6th Feb
My little one is a month & 6 days old... she holds her head up for a 2 mins, holds her bottle & when you put her on her back she rolls over to be on her belly...

Is she little to be doing all of this or is it normal?

that seems really early to be rolling from back to front. You must have a superbaby! lol

DS#2 had excellent control of his neck and head from the day he was born. He didn't exactly roll, but he'd push his feet against things to push himself onto his stomach at just a few days old.

I wouldn't say there are many things that children arent capable of at any point (unless you tried to convince me LO was talking, then I'd call bs  ) some babies just figure things out faster. There are many cases of babies and young children doing extraordinary things.

every babies different
Dexter was holding his head up like a pro right from birth.
he started holding his bottle at about a month and a half, but weren't strong enough to keep hold of it really.
and the rolling, yea pretty early to be rolling back to front already, dexter would roll onto his sides from birth but never only his tummy, only very recently his got to his belly, after 4 months of trying his hardest! lol.

So the rolling over is early!?! Well we notice that we put her on her back and she rolls over, I guess that's how she likes to sleep. We see her do it on the camera monitor and I put her on her back again, I dont like her sleeping on her belly :/

My son was like this... he even had a tooth coming in at 2 weeks old that never completely cut through but this is what made my mom and everyone else think I was pregnant again. They said he was "moving out of the way for the next one" And it was very true. I was pregnant with my second baby when he was only 6 weeks old. You might want to go get a test just to be sure lol
