My mom threw mine and it was at her house. Generally the pregnant woman isn't involved at all, or very little.

We rented an old school house that they do meetings and such in! Super cute   I helped with planning some. Even made cupcakes

I shower in a waterfall next to bears and deer and smurf. Like an adult.

Oh, I see. If it's nice out, you could do it in a park. They also have those banquet hall places but they tend to cost a lot.

My mum threw mine and rented our her neighbourhood clubhouse. She didn't want to have 60 people in her house, and it wouldn't have worked well with her floorplan. We needed a big, open space to seat everyone.

We throw mine at the Eagles that my mothers boyfriend is a member of. It didn't cost us anything, so if you have any veterans or active military in your family, try one of those places.
