Protein shakes

posted 6th Feb
I was wondering if protein shakes would be an okay breakfast shake. I have been losing weight, but with such a busy schedule it's almost impossible for me to be able to eat a healthy breakfast.. so I was wondering if I was to throw together a protein shake before taking off in the morning if that would be okay? I already use them daily, post workout.. so I am not sure if that would be too much protein. I searched around online, but wasn't able to find anything really of relevance.

Also, another question I had was:
Is there any way to get a bigger bum? Lol, I know that squats and lunges and what not tighten and lift, but is there anything to increase the size?? Might be a silly question, but oh well!!

Thanks in advance.

I see a personal trainer and I'm advised to have 2-3 protein shakes a day. I usually do 2, 1 post work out and one about 2 hours before I go to bed.

I do protein shakes as meal replacements. One in the morning, and lunch and eat a normal dinner

Yes, it is a good idea to take the protein shake in a breakfast, it will be healthy one.
Take protein foods such as eggs, milk, yogurt, cheese, butter, apple, etc. in your breakfast to make it more healthy.
