Hey ladies!! So I go in today for birth control..abd I still can't decide between the the copper top or the mirena. I had the mirena for 3yrs after my last son, and it was a love/hate relationship. The big thing I don't like is the hormones. With the copper top I've heard some women have severe, heavy bleeding when they have their periods.

Advice? Opinions? There was a controversial one that goes in your inner, upper arm called nelexepron or some smurf. But I'm not leaning that way really. Any advice will help!!!

I had Mirena and I am going to get it again because I loooooved it! But I know that a lot of people hate it with a burning passion.

Copper t was horrible, periods were so heavy and painful I got it taken out after only having it for 5 months.

Mirena was alright but the hormones made me sick and I bled for like ever with it.
