PP period?

I haven't bled at all since 2 1/2 weeks- when does this usually happen when you're exclusively nursing? Thanks!

Any time it feels like it.

Some women start menstruating almost right away and some don't until over a year after they weaned. It varies.

I had a period about 6 weeks PP, then I didn't get another until I stopped nursing about 6 or 7 months later.

 . I didn't every really think I was pregnant but I did take a test every month starting at about month 4 (they cost $1 each).

I have read that if you breastfeed around the clock, on demand, that the average is about 14 months (if you child is not sleeping through the night, not taking a pacifier, etc.). I got my period back at 9 months PP with my first and 23 months with my second (I was nursing two at the time). It was wonderful, though I might have been upset if I wanted to have a third baby close in age, my first two were 22 months apart.

I got mine at exactly 3.5 months even nursing.   Wish it had held off, but I guess if it had I wouldn't have a little girl coming.

Well I don't drink or smoke or anything so I guess it wouldn't matter- I just really don't want anymore children

Yeah well I got my boy & prissy girl I am (hopefully) done. Two is a handful! Our damn vacations are already 2000 for the downgraded hotels/rooms.

Ours was $2200 for just us last time. Bleh. I'm considering being finished, like seriously. But I'm sure in 3 years I'll change my mind.

& thats not including food & shopping while were there. My thing is ill always have baby fever- but they grow up so fast that it would just be me wanting another little one. I like having spare bedrooms for guests & the idea of only paying for two colleges & two weddings. The world is too expensive.

Exactly. I'd be a Duggar if I had a baby every time I wanted one.
