No a freeloader is someone who isn't contributing at all and costing others money. They aren't entitled to rent as per the will so its not like they aren't getting what they deserve. They didn't buy the house, they inherited it. They aren't paying the bills, they aren't out any money because they aren't owed any money. Not freeloading. If anything the aunts are free loading by stealing smurf that doesn't belong to them.

So going by your logic is my rental house is completely paid off the tenants don't have to pay rent? That's not how it works. I already stated the HE is entitled to continue living in the house but SHE isn't. She's bitching about the people coming and going out of the house when she's doesn't even live there apparently(look at her previous post) and her SO isn't saying anything to them so apparently he doesn't care.

They have signs posted, that house inspections will be done at random and its in the lease you sign. Ijs lol. But I'd think, since it's right now in ALL of their names as the grandmother left it to them ALL...that they have the right to do as they please until its transferred out of their names. That's the thing, there are no landlords. There is nothing but a WILL saying he's allowed to live there rent free (only having to care for the bills) until the home is sold buy his aunts/mom. It's not his aunts/moms to live in or keep, it's to be sold. And he's in the process of buying the home now. It's a difficult situation to explain in a way that wouldn't take all day.

Just ignore her. But if hes allowed to live there because its in the will then I'd have him contact a lawyer about how to go about drawing up papers to either keep them out or at least make them give him notice before they enter the property.

He can live there rent free I acknowledged that. At the beginning of the post OP made it sound like she lives there. She is not in the will therefore they could charge HER rent. She since clarified that she doesn't live there so she bitching about a house that she doesn't even live at.
