He pays all the bills (heat, utilities all that jazz), but there is no rent, the house is paid off (from his gram) and they (aunts/mom) never set up a rent or anything like that after she passed.

Considering he pays the bills and they didn't take the time to set up a lease agreement with him, I agree they are being inconsiderate. And do you own the microwave? If so I would be pissed if they just walked in and took it. However, they do own the place so unfortunately can come and go as they please. Therefore, you just have to deal with it for a while.

They did it just to be malicious, out of spite. The paper work hasn't been started yet, but we've got a paper that stated that the women were selling it to him for a specific price and he went to the bank about it to get that ball rolling. It makes it even harder because the women are all at least 50 and they act younger than me.

I think you need to quit smurf talking the women who let you live there rent free. Once your SO actually buys the house THEN you can talk as much crap as you want. Yes it crappy that they come in and out of the house that THEY own and yes they shouldn't have taken your microwave but there is nothing you can do about it. Personally if my son was dating(and knocked up) a little 19 year old when he was in his late 20s I would not be happy either.

How bad would it be for him to ask them to stop being so rude? A DECENT human being wouldn't act like that whether it was their house or not. They made the choice to not set up a lease agreement and to not kick them out..so obviously they don't care they are there. So what is the point in acting like they do?
