You can repeat it until you get the results you want.

I plan on going an extra 21 days after my 30 is up because I'm going on vacation and want to be able to buy cute new clothes. Lol

I like level 3 a lot. I think it's a great workout so I'm going to continue. She also has a yoga workout so I'm going to try that as well.

Wow I can really see a difference!  

I can see a difference in the pictures I have taken as well. I'm just tired of being so over weight  
I also use MFP and I started 2 high activity jobs the day after I started the 30 DS. I guess I was hoping for a major and quick loss.

Oh I love yoga! I'd love to try that one.
I also have shred it (I think it's called). I wanted to do that one for 21 days in march before our trip.

I'm on day 11 and I'm finding level 2 easier then level 1 for some reason.

I didnt like level 2 so i only did it for 3 days then moved on to level 3. I don't know why, I just couldn't get into the groove of it. I love level 3. It's a great ab workout, which is what I want to focus on the most.
