Women don't need to be punished so yeah, that makes sense. Like I said a few posts back when a guy hits a girl [or vice versa] it's out of ANGER not punishment. Putting your hands on anyone out of anger is wrong.

But if a guy spanks a girl's ass for any reason and she calls the police, it is very unlikely to turn into an assault case if he left no marks, used no force, and there was no other violence happening.

Against my consent and to control me? Hell to the yes. He definitely wouldn't be coming near me again, and if it took police involvement, so be it. Why the hell would I allow someone to strike me? If he did that he'd be out the door. Period. I do not stand for anyone striking me and I will not teach my kids that that behavior is normal or something they should accept from anyone, much less a family member.

I don't give a smurf what the police think. NO ONE strikes me, and there will be hell to pay if they do. If I have to go through every channel of the law there is, I will do it to keep that person away from me.

The person who allows their spouse to "punish" them, much less with striking, is pathetic.

My kids don't "get away with murder". They've been taught what is acceptable behavior and what isn't without the need for me to lay a hand on them. Horrible children don't result from a lack of spanking; they come from lazy parenting.
