first fortnight of meal planning

posted 6th Feb
This is what I've got so far.

- mushroom tortellini
- shepards pie
- satay chicken.
- toad in the hole
- spaghetti bolognaise
- stuffed baked potatoes
- fish and chips and peas
- beef casserole
- beef burgers

I still need 5 more meals ... can anyone recommend any cheap and easy?

I make these sandwiches for DH where I get buns or rolls of some sort and then in a pan I put.in a sliced onion, sliced green pepper and some sliced kielbasa and then some tomato paste, pepper, garlic and water and simmer. He loves it! Also cabbage, sausage and potatoes. Tonight I made deep dish French bread pizzas that were amazing

I do tacos or wraps. My kids love putting it together at the table.

Super tight budget, tuna, rice, cheese and frozen veg mixed together. Omelettes with veggies is a cheap option too.

I like the idea of make it yours tacos ... maybe burritos.

Budget isn't super cheap ... though I do wish chicken was cheaper in Aus.
