Pregnant again ? Or something else ?

So, my boyfriend and I had sex a few times last month .

January 1st - (Once) Protected
January 6th - (Once) Unprotected
January 10th - (Twice) Unprotected
January 19th - (Twice) Unprotected
January 20th - (Once) Unprotected
January 21st - (Twice) Unprotected
January 25th - (Twice) Unprotected

He pulled out all those times .

I had two days of red-ish, pink-ish spotting on January 9th and 10th . Nothing after until today . I had dark brown spotting at first, then it lightened up and I noticed a drop of kinda bright red blood when I went to the bathroom . I only seen it when I wiped . Then everything stopped .

I have irregular periods so my cycle is screwed up .

I've been ridiculously tired, exhausted, loss of appetite, lower stomach and back pain, dull cramping in lower stomach, and migraines . It also feels like I have the bubble guts (gas, I'm guessing), and a bit of nausea . That's about it . No sore breasts, no extreme nausea or anything like that .

Could I be pregnant or am I over thinking it ?

I would test...
