Birth control

My 6 week post partium appointment is on the 26th of this month. I would like to know what options I have as far as birth control being that I can not have any children for 2 years. I had my baby girl via emergency C-section at 30 weeks & 4 days.
=I don't want anything inserted into my uterus.
=I don't want to use the NuvaRing..what if it falls out?
=I am breastfeeding
----note I was on the birth control pill Femcon Fe and it gave me hypertension
what options do I have?
