Potty training

How old was your BOY when you potty trained him?
My son is three and i feel like now is the time to train him.

I'm about to have another baby and my youngest is only 1 sooo i don't want three in diapers.
He's shown signs of readiness, tells me when he's pooped / peed / needs a change
has gone on the potty before both poop and pee. I just don't know where to begin

OT but you're due on my birthday  

I waited until he was ready.. He regressed after his brother was born and I gave him a break. He is 3..he has been trained for over a month now. We rewarded him with a sticker chart for poops and pees and once he earned enough stickers we took him to the dollar store and let him pick out a toy. Then, he chose a dry day over upping his stickers for a bigger prize. After he did well for a week, we bought him cute character undies and he hasnt looked back.

2. Exactly three months after his second birthday. It took him only three days and he had it down pat. We did m&m and stickers, but what really worked the best were high fives. Haha  

DS was 27 months when we potty trained and after about a week we put him in underwear overnight and when we left the house. It was a piece of cake, really. We gave him M&Ms whenever he went at first and let him be naked if he didn't have any accidents. He loved (loves) to be naked so he thought it was an awesome deal. He's going to be three next month and the only time we've ever had any problems was when we tried to take away the training potty in the living room. He doesn't like to poop on the toilet yet, I think because he can't really reach the stool with his feet, so he would hold it and then we'd have a problem.
