Some poeple shouldn't have children

There is this girl (that's what i'm calling her since she isn't woman enough to act like one) who has this 18month old daughter. She constantly drops her off at my SIL's house for weeks and when my SIL calls the mom to see when she is picking up her daughter she won't answer. My SIL basically raised the little girl for almost a year straight. Bc the mom wanted to be with the BD, who was court ordered to not be around his own daughter other wise CPS would take her. What a mom right??....oh i'd rather smurf someone than raise my own daughter. I'd rather go party and do drugs than raise my own children. She has 2 other kids that she does this with also.

I'm just in utter shock over it. I thought she only did this with my SIL...nope my husband's cousin some how got roped in on it also. We are having her babysit for us and I feel bad leaving her with our son from 10am to about 5pm when my MIL is picking up our LO until about 9. And here she is with the little girl she has had since sunday and no sign or calls, or texts that the mom is coming to pick her up! So she will have my 4month old and an 18month old to take care of. If my husband and I weren't going to the movies i'd just take him with us.

Has she called CPS?

That's so smurfing smurffy. I know a woman like this as well. Poor kids.

I can't find anyone to watch DD while I have to go to the hospital and she has people that will watch her kid for days. What a piece of smurf. Someone really needs to call CPS if she has no interest in raising her child.

wow, if I were here, I'd call CPS and say this woman just dropped her kid off to me and I have no clue where she is. Just adopt the little girl but the girl is a piece of trash.

Why does your SIL let this happen? She should have put her foot down after the first time and said no. I would have called CPS and said the mother abandoned the little girl.

Uhmm smurf THAT. Those people need to stop smurfing encouraging that smurf and call the cops reporting that the child was abandoned with them.

Tell her SIL to get temporary custody of the girl.

No, no one has called CPS, but when she was having issues with BD they almost took her away. One woman who worked with CPS tried her damndest to get the little girl taken away. But since the case wasn't about the mother there was nothing they could actually do. The BD got drunk and held the mom and daughter hostage in their house for hours. After he finally passed out the mom got out with their daughter and called the cops. I guess he beat up the mom and took her keys and cell. And that's who she chose to stay with after the case was over instead of being with her new born daughter!

Honestly, my SIL doesn't need another child she has 4 all a year apart from each other she doesn't need to had a 5th. I think the reason they let it keep happening is bc she is safe, fed, and taken care of when they have her. But I know the mom prob picks her up and drops her back off with someone new. She said she had her until Last Thursday, my cousin has had her since Sunday. So possibly 2 full days with her own mother!

Honestly her children would most likely be better in foster care and could eventually be adopted. They need stability and care. Poor babies. I hate things like this, turns my stomach.

Have your SIL call the case worker that is working with her case. Let her know that she hasn't been with her mother since Thursday.

While they think they are doing the right thing they really are not looking at the bigger picture here. That child needs a more stable environment, not to be bounced around from family to family that she isn't even related too.

if this tells you how long my SIL and BIL keep her, she actually calls them mom and dad. She fully believes my BIL is her father. Its so sad. But they'd NEVER call CPS on the mom.
