Bc I don't know where she lives, I honestly don't know her current last name, Yes I've seen it in person from the very beginning, but you know how many calls it will take to even get into a court? Especially if it is just one person calling since one else will step in and call either. I feel bad for her not being with her mother. But like I said she is taken care of. The people that watch her tend to her like she is their own. It's just sickening that her own mother has chosen to not use protection got pregnant and didn't give the baby up for adoption.

But what happens if this goes on for say 5 years then the mother just decided to take her child and move far away? It will be a much harder loss then because there are more years to grow bonds with the baby and just think how much harder it's going to be on the little girl KWIM?

The woman clearly doesn't need this child so why not call the police and tell them the mother abandoned the little girl. CPS will take affect asap.

Try to find our her last name... Once you do, contact CPS and since there's been previous issues it won't be hard for them to find her and take action. I agree with the other moms, it will be harder as time passes

well the other thing is, last time I knew, she was homeless. She was living in my SIL's house until it sold (they had a new one and already moved in before school started) So the mother has just been going from party house to party house with one of her son's or they stay in a hotel. Would that affect anything?
