Rashberry Leaf Tea and Vitex

HAS ANYONE TOOK THESE TWO ITEMS TO REGULATE THERE CYCLES AND FOR TTC IF SO HOW DID IT TURN OUT OR DID IT WORK RIGHT AWAY

Vitex takes 3 cycles to regulate. I took that. Got pregnant 3rd month.

Raspberry Leaf Tea is supposed to work well just be careful because it also can lower your blood sugar if taken in large amounts.

Like last time I told you, I took vitex and I got my BFP after one months usage.

lol I know I was just curious if anyone else took it, but I did order the RRL Tea taking forever to get here and I'm debating on if I should ordering the vitex from GNC or if I should wait

Are you able to take both?

I'll probably just be taking the vitex since it has the smallest amount of side effects. You really wouldn't want to risk lowering blood sugar. It can turn you anemic and cause problems so if you take the RTL don't over do it too much.

From what I read RRLT is a good source of iron, not sure if that factor would help prevent anemia from occurring?

Yes I'm able to take both I just order the vitex today all  'S this way.
