It drove me nuts when my son did it. He kinda grew out of it but when I saw him do it I would just tell him no and give him a snack or a cold cloth to bite on instead.

Dd does that too makes me crone but I don't know how to make her stop either

My daughter did that when she was his age. She grew out of it. There's really no stopping it lol. She gradually stopped doing it and i hadn't really thought about it till I just saw your post just now.. ahh memories.
