Yeah it's just a learners license with restrictions.

because i know someone who got in an accident, unlicensed, but the car was covered fully.
since the person driving didnt have a license then both parties agreed to say the owner was driving and now the owner knows but had someone call for her because she doesnt speak english and that person pretended to be the owner and now they have claims. . .
they made sure their stories matched. they tried to settle outside without using the insurance but it was was too much for a scratch.

Wait, so it was a two car accident... and the driver of the other car agreed to all this, too??   I thought from the OP, the owner of the car loaned it out, and that person hit a tree or something. Was there not a police report or anything filed?




Or am I just really confused?
