Breast feeding ladies, question!!!

Hi  

M ten week old baby is completely breast fed, normally her poop is orangey/yellowish sometimes seedy, but today her wind smelt rather eggy and poop was quite green and kinda looked like mucus? Suggestions of why this might be?

ETA- It could just be getting to the point where it stinks. Hate that part!

Not that i can think of, although have become addicted to alioli dip over the past week or so lol :/ i read somewhere it could be an intolerance allergy?
