Taxes! :/

This is the first year I will be filing. Using TurboTax. Wtf does it keep rejecting me? I don't have an electronic filing pin, so I was told to put all zeros. I did that & it keeps adding a period between the first & second zero. I take it out, send it through. It rejects it & the period is there again. Any idea what may be going on? Could it be possible, that someone else is trying to claim me on their taxes? (I lived with my dad in 2011 & his wife claimed me back then) TIA everyone! I hate not knowing what I am doing.    

you have to request a pin, click on the link and fill out the form with the info that was on your 2011 taxes and then it will give you a pin number.

Wait nvm just read this is your First time filing okay then i'm not too sure what you should do maybe instead of a pin munber just put the AGI as 0

You have a pin if you filed the year before. If you didn't, I believe you have to call and request one, or file a paper return. Call the tax help line. (800) 829-1040

I have had the same problem. I do have a PIN which is the same as my AGI number and it keeps rejecting it. Starting to piss me off! Ugh.

Are you using TurboTax?

Yes! I tried it again yesterday putting it in as my PIN instead of my AGI and it finally approved.

Awesome, so do you think if I put all zeros as the pin instead it will work?
