Grocery List!!
posted 5th Feb
Okay ladies, if you eat pretty healthy...what does your shopping list look like? I need detailed shopping list and big shopping list for groceries! I will be buying a ton of groceries this weekend that will hopefully last us a long time. So please give me some ideas of what all you buy when you get a ton of things!

Costco is my best friend. I get lots of organic meats from there, lots of veggies and fruits, and things like almond milk, etc. It helps me to buy in bulk and then separate into sizes for our family.

I don't usually buy junk food so just meats, fresh and frozen veggies and fruit. Oh and dairy (yogurt, cheese, milk etc.)

If you plan for it to last awhile I suggest frozen veggies and fruits with nothing added

Turkey ( ground and otherwise)
Chicken ( ground, sausage, thighs, breasts)
Fruits
Veggies
Cheeses ( obviously won't last long)
Oatmeal
Cream of Wheat
Eggs(same as cheese)
That's all I can think of. Lol. I normally make this long ass list, I wish I could find it.

Fruit: I always get bananas and apples, and one random thing (blueberries/grapes/etc).
Vegetable: each colour of pepper, bag of onions, garlic, bag of carrots, celery, mushrooms, avocados, bag of potatoes, sometimes a cucumber lol
Deli: pepperoni and some type of sandwich meat (today was chicken and hot salami)
Bread: loaf of white and rye bread
Meat: whatever is on sale, bacon, and sometimes salmon
Dairy: milk, cheese, pudding, yogurt, eggs
Shelf: pasta, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, 1 box of Kraft dinner, chicken fajita kit, rice, nutrigrain bars, cereal, and some sort of gummy snack, yeast for making pizza
I went on a crazy shopping spree a few months ago and bought every random condiment that I'd ever need to cook or bake something (I usually keep white wine on hand as well). That list usually covers whatever I need, and obviously if I still have some at home I don't buy it.
