re: 3 month old weight.

DS was 12lbs 2oz & 23 & 1/2 inches tall at his 2 month. He's EBF & won't have a 3 month, he'll be seen at a 4 months though

Since your daughter was small you may just have small built kids, that & since your son went from breat to bottle that could play a part in it too

I think it's mostly that I just have small kids like you said. I was always small as a kid and so was DH, so I guess shouldn't be that surprised.

My dd wasnt 10 lbs till like 5.5 months old, 3 months she like 8 maybe 9 something. lol. She was 1 on monday and is 17lbs now, we always had weight issues and no one ver suggested rice cereals for her. Even if they did I wouldnt give it to her.
But at 4 months I started real oatmeal that I made in my slow cooker the night before, she ate that till 5.4-6 months then straight to table foods.

Some kids are just small. My now 4 yr old was 24lbs at 4 months old and is 4.5 yrs old now and 28lbs.....unless lo drops weight I wouldnt worry at all.

Yeah exactly. He hasn't lost any weight and seems to be gaining decently. He was only 7lbs 5oz at birth.

dd was 7lbs 8oz but came home at 7 days old weighing only 6lbs. lol

Yeah he dropped to 6lbs 10oz I think before we left.

My dd was about 12-14 lbs.

my son is only 5 weeks old, and is just about 10lbs. he was 7lbs 15oz at birth. i was reading online that babies who are 6 weeks old on avrg are between 9-11lbs i think it was.
