Quoting Dahling:" That's crazy! We knew we were having a 3rd, so I saved almost everything. I did get a new diaper bag, ... [snip!] ... a boy and a girl already, and this one's a surprise, so I can't get rid of anything until after he/she is born at least. haha"

we were going to wait until i finished school, but at the time i was a premed bio major and i didn't want to wait 6-7 more years to have a baby. plus with residency i would be too busy. that was why i got rid of everything!

i switched to midwifery since i got pregnant but still it will be 6 years bc i have to get a PhD in nursing. by the time i start working in the nursing field i will atleast be comfortable with putting him in daycare.

I had to have a hands free pumping bra that I could wear and pump before work. It freed me up to play with my babe while I was pumping and made the time go by faster. They sell really cute ones on amazon.com

I also loved this baby vibrating seat called sugglebunny and I think it is made by fisher price. My babe slept in it a lot during those first few months because it bounced and vibrated. I would sleep on the sofa with him on the floor next to me.

Their well being, haha. Payments to the doctors office/hospital were not cheap, lol.

Her crib was the most expensive, but what I consider splurging is money spent on things that aren't necessities. That being said, I guess I'd have to say clothes. I buy my kids clothes they don't need every time we're out.

our biggest splurge was our stroller ! we got the Phil and Teds double stroller when i was expecting my second and hands down is the best purchase we made. This time around since we have pretty much everything the biggest will either be a diaper bag ( petunia pickle bottom) or a new carrier ( looking at Ergo's and Boba's)
