This exactly. Those poor kids don't stand a chance with parents like that. They're already acting just like the mom. And he absolutely did the right thing. He didn't hit her. He didn't threaten to hit her. He warned her several times, then he did what he needed to do to protect himself.

Having kids with you isn't an excuse not to be "punished" when you're attacking someone.

I feel horrible for those kids. They have slim to no chance at becoming productive adults. Kids and obviously those kids model their behavior from their parents.
And I can't believe the father if the kid then wants to come out at the end talking about the mall cop did it in front of his kid. Wow, he should of gotten his woman along time ago instead of letting her continue to badger the mall cop.

I was hoping he'd zap her a few more times. He's a good man for only doing what was necessary.
I was reading some of the comments and some people were actually saying the kids needed to be stunned as well, as if they taught themselves to act in that manner.
