Okay, we're expecting our second, and have decided not to have another baby shower.

The original idea was to throw a gender party, just to celebrate the new baby and my DS as well (   ), which would be alot of fun! It will be alot more time and money consuming, however- both of which are somewhat limited

4D is alot cheaper and I'm RIDICULOUSLY excited to find out, but DH really seems to like the idea of the party.

Opinions?  

4D is the video.
I would do the elective ultrasound.  

I'd have the party. Just because ultrasounds always scare me.

I'd do the party & celebrate with everyone

Do a gender reveal party at an elective 3D/4D Ultrasound Facility and bring the whole family! At my facility, we let people come in to do gender as early as 14 weeks for $79 and then that $79 goes toward their full 3D/4D ultrasound at 26-34 weeks so that ultrasound is only $40! Why not have your cake and eat it too!!!
