Well, it has to be from 6 weeks or under and it's typically right where baby is stuck. However, you also need to know if the image was abdominal or transvag and the orientation of the uterus to know if the image has been rotated in any way. So it's usually hard to tell from a printout and you need to ask the tech where things are located for accurate results.

I had mine done at 8w 4d and baby was measuring 9w so probably can't tell then.
