I don't see any reason to leave her, but I would want to be sure she was in fact pregnant and whether it was an accident or intentional.

I don't think there is anyway she could have got pregnant intentionally. She has the implant and i went with her when she got it and when we hug i can always feel it in her arm. Plus she says shes waiting until her friends is due out in a year or so because she wants to go with someone whos having it out too because shes nervous

I'd want to make sure she's really pregnant.
Is there a chance she might want to be pregnant and is trying to get pregnant without telling you? I know a girl who after miscarrying told her boyfriend she was on the pill and didn't take it.
Honestly, I would consider leaving either way. It just doesn't sound like a healthy relationship.

It's 16, which is why I said it was illegal if she was 15, but it doesn't matter now, he has clarified that she was 16

I would think she is pregnant because the test pictures and shes never lied to me about anything as far as i know. She wouldn't have done it on purpose as she has told me she dosent want the child. I don't really want to end it with her especially if shes pregnant i just think she needs to get help herself so we can get better because shes not all there, if i leave her i think it will make her worse i want to be with her whilst she gets better. When where together we are so good together, she does have bipolar and anxiety and is not taking medication just having councilling but i think they need to give her meds but they wont because of her age

It sounds like she needs a lot of help. Have you ever looked into getting her checked into a hospital? It's hard, but it helps. Her actions do not seem healthy
