W-2 question please help

so my ex boss sent out w-2's a week ago i told him when he sent them out that he sent mine to my old address which was a apartment. He said he has to wait for it to be returned in the mail and then he will give it back to me... problem what if they dont return it or what if no one lives there! Is there any other way i can get my W-2?

I was gonna do that but i moved 45 mins away so thats quite a drive and gas

Try calling the manager and ask them to run over and ask when they are on site? i had this problem but we moved out of state. it took almost 3 weeks for them to get us our W-2 forms.

They should be able to reissue it.

that just happen to me they had my old address from the years ago but when i got it it had yellow forward stick with my new one on there
