Except the person read the box so it was safe for them to assume it didn't because the box said nothing of the sorts. If the person didn't try and read the ingredients you would be right but since they did it is the Pepsi companies fault not the person at Taco Bell.

So I emailed pepsi and asked if there was any pineapple in the natural or artificial flavors.. and this is the email I got back..

"Dear Stephanie,
Thank you for chatting with me today.
I reached out to our Scientific and Regulatory Department and unfortunately the information you had requested is considered proprietary information because it is part of the unique product formula. "

All I asked was if there was pineapple, I didn't ask WHAT exactly was in it.. What if it wasn't pineapple at all? Then i'd have to figure out another allergy.. ughhhhhhhhh

I'd say email them again and use statements like "you will be held accountable" or "I may need to contact a lawyer" things like that to scare them.

Do NOT accept that as an answer! If they don't give a real answer, get a lawyer and see what can be done.
