Sorry, I got the part about you running late this morning a little mixed up with the part about putting all your energy into setting up the other stuff yesterday, and forgetting to cancel the court reporter.

Then you should pay it. If you didn't want to pay it you should not have told your boss that you would.

I see that. But you messed up yesterday, you were busy and overwhelmed leading you to forget to cancel court, today you had to text in you would be late...You arent giving a shining example of employee of the month.

I forgot to cancel the court reporter not court(which im assuming you mean hearing) it was a UMC 8:45 no need to have a Notice of Cancellation for those hearing. It was the court report who was going to be there to report the hearings.

We do learn from them and yes next time ill have the court reporter in mind lol

If you read my first post....take if from me girl, do what you got to do to keep this for YOU! This is not the time to let your pride effect your work, you and your family need this

No I just sit on my ass all day and do not a damn thing. Yes I have a job. But it's not YOUR place to pay YOUR employers fees. Regardless the situation and if they fire her over something like that. She can easily take their ass to court. I've seen it happen way too many times. We just got over a lawsuit with a lady here. We are a law office and petty things like this are overlooked.
Now we did have a case where we personally were getting sued for 670,000 that person who messed that up is on leave. Luckily we got it down to 67,000.
