Dumbbells

What weight do you use?
I always do cardio and circuit training and I have found that for my circuit training the 8lb dumbbells are too light. I am speaking specifically for lunges, with my squats, dumbbell burpees......etc


ETA- also if anyone wants to be workout buddies I would love that, I have a great group on Facebook and would like one here as well....

It just depends on what exercise. Anywhere from 8-25 for now

Yea, I'm definitely thinking I need to go up. I just dont want to overexert myself.

Definitely do it gradually. The trainer I'm working with wants me to be able to do 3 sets of 12. If you get through one set and it didn't get harder as you went, go up a weight.

my complex has a gym and personal trainer. so i'm going there for now, once we move i'll get a membership at planet fitness.

I use mostly 10's, 5/10's for triceps since I don't have 8's. I use 15's for some thins like lawn mowers
