popping feeling please help

I am 40 weeks and 4 days pregnant today and I am so confused as to what happened to me yesterday. I had just left my OB appointment, walked around Walmart for a while and then started feeling a little crampy with some back pain. It eased up while I was eating and then I felt a popping like feeling very low in my abdomen after feeling LO move. I can't exactly describe the feeling other than it didn't hurt and felt similar to a popping. I haven't felt it since and was thinking about calling my doctor today but am feeling really silly because I really don't know if was anything to even worry about. If anyone knows what this might have been your replies will be greatly appreciated!  

Was it like a popping noise or a clicking type noise? If so, I've been having that for a few weeks now when DS moves. OB said it's most likely his joints popping. Not sure how true that is but my doctor wasn't too concerned about it. Not sure if it's the same thing your talking about or not.

I couldn't hear it, it was just a feeling like something was popping out of place or moving ? It is so hard to explain it because there was no pain with it and it was like 3 quick pops and stopped. =/ It didn't feel like him moving either it happened after he moved a little so I am stumped as to what it could have been.

That's strange... Maybe it was your hips? I really don't know. I wish I could be more help.
