Terrible 5s?

My son is turning 5 in March and i feel like im living with a teenager! He has been so whiny, defiant, moody ect. I feel like crying because i want my baby back! Anyone else experience this around 5?

I told everyone that I was soooo lucky because I never got terrible 2's or 3's....

She was an angel at 4.


Now at 5 she talks back, doesn't listen.... and she's a pain..

this is so my daughter!!! she is 5 will be 6yrs old in april... totally is her!

I teach prek and I notice a huge difference between the 4 yr olds and the ones who turn 5. It's like an I start shift in attitude.

My dd is also 5 and she used to be so sweet and now she's a mouthy little sneaky brat. Idk what happened   she does just rediculus things like turn on her elextric toothbrush and let it run on the counter while she sits on the toilet not bushing so we think she's in there brushing her teeth   like who does that?!?! She's 5 going in 16.

Both my sons have been like that when they were 5 & yet my daughter's always been really good even now & she's 8.
The youngest was a terrible little monster when he was 5, terrible temper tantrums when he couldn't get his own way, he'd be demanding, very sneaky, helping himself to food & not listening to a word I was saying.
He was 6 in December & it's only over the last month he's started calming right down. He's a sweet lovable little boy when he wants to be who's got the gift of the gab hehe  

Omg ds1 has turned into a little snot! I swear he has always been a little mouthy but now he is just a little smart ass the remarks that come out of this child's mouth! It's like I look at my husband and I'm like where would even here something like that to say it or know how to say something like it! He drives me insane sometimes ds2 is 4 weeks and I ask ds 1 to be quiet please and find something quiet to do and he will walk in the room and just talk louder than his regular voice and he will make annoying squeeks and screams just to get under my skin. I hope he grows out of this. He used to be such a little loveing sympathetic caring little boy  

Do your 5-6 yr olds have drama at school already?! Dd is in K and all she does is have teenage girl drama.   Maddie made me get in trouble, maddies said if I didn't play her game shes not my friend, I want Capri sun and lunchables because Vances mom send them him with   omg I wanna scream

i dont feel so alone now lol...My son was sleep talking all last night and did nothing but argue in his sleep lol

i know how that is. my 6 year old says chole said you dont dress me pretty (because i do not let her wear dresses everyday) chloe says she wishes i lived with her so she could pack my lunch cuz chloes mom packs better stuff. blah blah blah. so sick of hearing about this chloe girl an how another 6 year old thinks i should be raising my child lol
